  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery usually takes 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note that order processing takes 1-2 business days before your item is shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Please note that certain items are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene or safety reasons. These items include:

Return & Exchange Process

  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship the item to the address provided in the instructions.
  4. Receive Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and exchanges will be shipped to you as soon as possible.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
